Bance ... as sharp as a pin

Congratulations to Bertie Bance on giving pleasure to so many on Saturday, firstly by his impression of a floundering seal while in goal for the 4th XI and then by his antics at his 27th birthday celebrations. The 'surprise' party thrown by his girlfriend was almost ruined when details were sent out to the entire club on email, but Bance is not too good at the technology thing and it failed to register that a combination of words like 'Bance' and 'Birthday' and 'Party' might have something to do with him.
